Hey Craig,
Occasionally, over the past couple of weeks, when I have come up from the ground floor, when we reach the 6th floor, the elevator carriage will jerk abruptly, and then when the door opens it may be an inch above the jam of the door. It happened a couple of times earlier in the week, but then stopped.
If no one else has seen the jerking problem maybe wait till it’s reported by another resident to call AVL elevator.
Also the button in the carriage for the first floor is burned out. As is the down light on the left side of the carriage door.
