Third Floor Hallway HVAC unit is not working

Hello Old Penneys Assoc and Tessier,
The heat in the 3rd floor hallway is not working. If helpful to know, it is making that clicking sound it tends to make when it goes on the blink.

To be clear, my home’s heat is fine. As far as I know, the problem is limited to the 3rd floor hallway HVAC unit.
