Hi I’m in 501 I’ve noticed water seeping in and causing bubbling and flacking of the paint/skim coat of the paint and on several outside walls. I have photos but this form does not allow photos to be attached I couldn’t get on the Tessler website to submit a Maintenace requests. Is this a common problem? seems to be underneath windows. We are leaving town today and won’t be back until May. I’m ok with someone stopping by to check on the issue.
